Iowa Unity Coalition Endorses Randolph Scott for Iowa House District 33

The Iowa Unity Coalition is proud to announce the endorsement of Randolph Scott for Iowa House District 33 in the upcoming general election to be held on November 3, 2026. The Iowa Unity Coalition is dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government.


Randolph Scott is a union worker, a 13 year United States Army veteran, former teacher, father and community advocate. He previously coached track and basketball in the Des Moines metro area. He has been active in his union for 20 years in various roles. He is a co-founder of The Coalition of Black Trade Unionists of Iowa.


Randolph Scott believes our children deserve strong, equitable public schools and should be successful. He will work to make Iowa a fair and affordable place in which to live and work. Mr. Scott has a long history of advocating for the public good and will strive to make our healthcare accessible and affordable. He will also promote clean water and air as they are essential to ensuring public health. Randolph wants government to be fair and transparent and to address the needs of all people living in Iowa. The Iowa Unity Coalition is confident Randolph Scott is the best person to represent the residents of House District 33.
