The Iowa Unity Coalition is proud to announce our endorsement of Joe Cacciatore for election to the Urbandale City Council in the upcoming election to be held on November 4, 2025. The Iowa Unity Coalition is dedicated to building political power within our diverse and underrepresented communities at every level of government.

Mr. Cacciatore was appointed to the Urbandale City Council in January 2025. Joe has previously served on the Urbandale Board of Adjustment, Chairperson and Trustee of the Justice for All Political Action Committee and member of the Board of Governors, Iowa Association for Justice.

Councilman Cacciatore has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Northern Iowa and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Drake University. Joe is a Partner with Ervanian & Cacciatore, LLP. Mr. Cacciatore and his wife, Jackie have lived in Urbandale since 2007 and have two adult children.
